11/14/03 - Reviewer: MARLENE - I would most definitely use this site again.  I had no problem with Snaz at all. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. I ended up having to return one pair because I had ordered the incorrect size. They quickly sent me a return authorization number and once they received the return I had an email telling me my account had been issued a credit.

11/16/2003 - the shoes are fabulous, the price was low, and the they actually got here sooner than the expected delivery date. i'm also glad that they stated that a larger size than normal should be bought in the heels, b/c that was definitely the way to go--they're perfect!
