What Size Should I Order?

When buying an Open-toe high heel shoes, it is normally recommended to buy the same size you wear in a flat shoe. When buying closed toe high heels, it is normal to purchase 1/2 size larger than your normal flat shoe size. All shoes on this site are only available in whole sizes, please order the next largest size if you normally wear a half size. (i.e. Size 7 ˝ = Size 8) These tips are taken from industry standards and should only be used as a guide for buying the proper size. However we will not be held responsible if you do not purchase the correct size. Buyers should be familiar with their particular preference for sizing.

How Well Do You Stock Your Inventory?

Do You Have A Catalog?

Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. All our product is online, we do not have a physical catalog due to our frequently changing inventory.

How Do I Enter A Coupon/Promotional Code?

During the checkout processes you will be prompted to enter one coupon code that you wish to redeem. Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order.

What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?

Patent (Pat), has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. PU, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to look like leather. Stretch, either patent or PU, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

How do you convert a man's shoes size to a lady's shoes size?

Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. (i.e. - A man's 9 converts to a woman's 11.)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for all orders. For orders to be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. We do not accept any Money Orders on International orders.

Is My Payment and Credit Card Information Secure?

The Order Form pages for are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption. Credit Card information is encrypted when a shopper enters the credit card number in the web browser and when it is sent to the server. Being an Internet company we encounter a lot of fraudulent transactions, many of these transactions are due to un-verified billing/shipping addresses. In order for us to be covered against any chargeback claims from a customer/credit card issuer, we must ship to a verified billing address.

CANADIAN ORDERS - Ship through UPS Canadian Ground for a flat shipping rate of $19.95. All taxes, brokerage fees, and duty fees are paid for by the buyer. does not include the charges in your order, nor do we pay any of the Canadian taxes or fees of any kind that may be charged upon delivery.

NOTES: Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must ship via UPS 2nd Day Air Only. Shipping not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. What is Your Return Policy?


1 - Notify us by e-mail at within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.
2 - Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA #.
3 - Print and complete Merchandise Return Form.
(Adobe Reader is needed to view and print the Merchandise Return Form.)

DETAILS All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. Damaged packaging (original manufactures box) will result in a $5.00 box fee. Do not mark or tape original box in any way. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. *We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization send to us. Once you receive this number, you have seven number. Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package you days to return the item's to us. Print and complete Merchandise Return Form. Original manufactures shoebox MUST be shipped back with an outside carton, do not return shoes in only the original manufactures box. Any packages received without the appropriate RMA # written on the outside, or received after 7 days, will be returned to sender.

All clearance sales, hosiery sales, undergarment sales and special order sales are final, no returns / exchanges will be accepted on any clearance, hosiery, undergarment or special order merchandise. It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrives damaged, due to shipping. We process returns ASAP, however allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed. All authorized returns that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or store credit.

*Returns for store credit must meet the above terms. 15% restocking fee will be waived on returns made for store credit. Excessive returns for store credit, as determined by, will be assessed with a 15% restocking fee.

Due to health regulations, we will only accept returns on bikinis, undergarments or underwear that have not been worn and are in original unopened packaging with tags attached.

Refused Shipments - All refused shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to International orders.

**Be sure to include in writing with your authorized return how you would like your refund (credit card or store credit). All returns made without details on how you would like refund, will result in store credit.

How Do I Make An Exchange?

We do not 'technically' make exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please follow above return procedures, and you will be issued store credit, which you may use to purchase any items of your choice.
